In a survey of 1,250 top executives, two-thirds reported having a mentor. 29 % of respondents earn more money, or have a higher income than their un-mentored colleagues. Likewise, mentored women are reported being happier than those who did not have mentors. Its also noticed that in the shopping retail business, women tend to hold more prominent leadership roles than before. According to Digital Commerce 360 <\/a><\/strong>research study, women hold up to 40% of leadership roles, in the top eCommerce retail companies!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, if we look closely, we find out that businesses with more female presence are more profitable, according to The Peterson Institute.<\/strong><\/a> However, it’s noted that women run only 4.2% of those Fortune 500 companies! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a matter of fact, eCommerce made it easier for entrepreneur business women nowadays. This is because eCommerce provides them with the flexibility to balance their lives around work. The industry has become more accessible for women running businesses, from home or on the go. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
